Tyco Fire Protection Products - Registration

Please note that a password can only be issued if you have a current tycoint.com email account.

If you are a Tyco Fire & Security employee you may already have a tycoint.com email account. You may also already have a global TFS web site password that you use for accessing the site at www.tycofireandsecurity.com, for example. If you do, you can use this password to access the Tyco Fire Protection Products secure sites.

If you require a tycoint.com email account, speak with your manager.

Click "Register Now" at the Fireplace log-in page and complete the form.

A new password will be automatically emailed to yourname@tycoint.com.

You cannot redirect the password email to an alternative tycoint.com email address.

Important Notes when registering:

  • Please enter information in ALL fields.
    This form has been designed by Tyco in the US and therefore uses some fields that are only applicable in the US. Unfortunately however, other users still need to put data in all fields, therefore:
     
    • Enter data in the First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, E-mail & Country fields as normal.
    • In the "Existing ADT or Tyco Partner" field, specify YES  
    • In the "Business Type" field, specify "Other"  
    • In the "State/Province" field, enter "EMEA"  
    • In the "Product" field, enter "ALL"  
    • In the "Comments" field, enter "None"
       

The form will then validate correctly and submit your application.

  • Once the form has been submitted, an authorisation message will be sent to the tycoint.com e-mail address that you specified in the form.
    Click on the link in this mail to validate your account and receive a password.

  • Your Username will be the first part of your e-mail address, e.g. if your e-mail address is jsmith@tycoint.com, your username will be jsmith
